By accessing and using the services provided by Cool Data Cloud, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

Cool Data Cloud provides data storage management services to clients. These services may include but are not limited to cloud storage solutions, data backup and recovery, and data security. Service descriptions and scopes will be detailed in the service agreement between Cool Data Cloud and the client.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information required for the provision of services. Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services. Cooperating with Cool Data Cloud in the execution of services as outlined in the service agreement.

4. Payment

Payment terms, rates, and methods will be specified in the service agreement. You agree to pay for the services provided by Cool Data Cloud as detailed in the agreement. Invoices are payable within the terms set in the agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Both Cool Data Cloud and the client agree to keep all non-public information shared during the course of the services confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, and proprietary information.

6. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property, including but not limited to data management plans, reports, and technology solutions, created during the provision of services, shall belong to the client unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

7. Termination

The service agreement may be terminated by either party according to the terms specified in the agreement. In case of termination, any outstanding payment obligations shall be honored, and ownership of intellectual property shall be handled as per the agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cool Data Cloud will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services. The total liability of Cool Data Cloud under any circumstance shall be limited to the fees paid for the services.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Cool Data Cloud, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the client’s use of our services, including but not limited to claims related to intellectual property rights and data privacy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Cool Data Cloud reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
